Start Small, Start Now: Starting a Reading Habit

Let’s be real. Picking up a book sounds nice, until it's reality. Work is draining. Phones are distracting and You’re tired !

But, since you are already here, let's set all the excuses aside and find few minutes per day to sit quietly with a book — any book. Not to finish it. Just to start. Even if it’s 5 minutes.

🎯 The Challenge:

This week is not about the perfect book. It’s about noticing how it feels to give yourself that space.

If you don’t know where to start,
here are a few easy-entry options:

  • A short story 
  • A magazine article or essay you’ve been saving
  • A childhood favourite
  • A book you bought and never opened (we all have them)
